NYX Le Frou Frou Volume and Length Mascara Review

Hey yall!

Back with a review before I start studying like a mad woman for a test.

I picked up NYX's new line of mascara today, and out of the bunch I picked Le Frou Frou because I wanted volume and length. Written review will be after the pictures :)

My Thoughts:

Although this mascara does not claim it curls, I still have to mention that it DOES NOT CURL. I curled my lashes and it DE-curled them! You can tell from the front view that they look droopy which is bad. However when you look at the Looking Up photo, you can see that it separates quite well and it lengthens quite well. So if fulfills its claim on lengthening, but not volumizing.

This costed me $5.99 at Ulta and I will not be repurchasing this again. In fact, I will be returning this ASAP. What a shame, I thought with the wax in the ingredients that it'd be good. I'll exchange for the waterproof version to see if that is any good. I'm not sure.

Clear Skin and Water

After Spring Break back in March, I realized that the one common thing that clear-skinned people have in common, OTHER than genetics if they're the lucky ones, is WATER.

WATER.

My friend whom you've seen on this blog, remember her? She drinks MANY bottles of waters a day. Before she goes out to hang with our group, her mom makes her drink a bottle of water. When she's with us, she carries a bottle of water. She drinks water ALL the time. 

Either that or tea will do. Tea is obviously tons of water. So those who drink tea is again, consuming WATER. 

Everyone always stresses to drink water but I don't think people realize it is THE SECRET for clear skin. 

Before spring break I had LOTS of acne. I drank LOTS of water during spring break because I was on vacation and didn't have access to juice and milk, and guess what. One week later MORE than half of my acne was GONE. I even ate unhealthy food--BUT drank water water water. I must have drank the 8 cups of water that I need each day--if not more!

With the remaining acne on my face I used my Clean and Clear Persagel 10, but I continued to drink water and havent had a pimple in a freakin long time. 

It has only been recent that I've been so busy with school that I just eat whatever is in the fridge and forgot to drink my water and guess what. I have a lovely huge pimple on my forehead AND small little ones forming on my cheek--JUST because I didn't drink water. Can you believe that?

So girls, DRINK UP YOUR WATER. I promise you you'll see a difference in your skin. Forget the magic creams and such. Beauty comes from what you put in your body!

Obsessed with Skin

This isn't any review. Just me blabbing so feel free to X out if you don't want to read this lol

After watching DanceAndMelodee's whitening skincare routine, I went straight to 99ranch to buy the two face cleansers she uses.

I am just dyingggg to have perfect skin like hers! My skin is so blotchy with redness, blackheads and acne scars. I'm hoping her skincare routine will help my skin even further. I already got rid of my pimples by using my Clean & Clear Persa Gel 10 cream, but now I want to perfect my skin even more.

I like in that video that she uses the foaming net. I bought one and it's fun to use! The foam feels so gentle on your face. But honestly it makes me wonder if it's really cleaning my face if it's so gentle haha. But I spend literally 2-3 minutes gently massaging my face with the dense foam I create from the foaming net and my face actually feels relatively clean. It brightens my face too. The end result feels similar to after you use the Clinique soap bar. Your face has that....not sticky feeling after, but you can tell something is there. I don't quite like that part about it but once I use my toner it goes away and it feels fine.

I still have so many Naruko products that I need to use up. I know Fuzkittie swears by them but for some reason they give me average results. I still need to do reviews on the rest of the Naruko line.

I'm not obsessed with makeup like I used to be. I now just do the basics for my face and that's about it. It's all about the skincare.

Go watch Melodee's video. It's pretty helpful! After I watched her video I immediately drank green tea haha. I need to drink it more often since its good for your health. I'm not a huge fan of tea to be honest but I know I gotta drink up. In fact I think I'll make myself a cup of tea right now haha.

Something else that I've noticed is that I need to use lotion more often. I have so many lotion bottles it's not even funny. I need to get rid of them and use them all up before I move out of this apartment! I want less stuff to carry and move around lol

University Senior Graduation Photoshoot

TWO BAD EBAYER SELLERS: AlphaBeautyUK and barbiendolly and RANT about a Youtuber

As the title states, I'll be pretty much laying out the facts, and nothing but the facts so yall can be well informed.

I first heard about this seller from a blogger named Lotus Palace, who recommends this seller. She always gets her items and I also saw other bloggers recommend this seller as well. But what happened to me was different.

I bought about $5 worth of samples of the Lunasol Water Cream Foundation. Just $5. And the seller had the nerve to NOT send me what I bought. I messaged him/her and NO RESPONSE. I message AGAIN and NO RESPONSE.

Then even BETTER, the seller CANCELS the order so that it ISNT ON MY RECORD. Because of that, I am unable to give them a bad review for not sending the item!

I sent another message saying that I will post this on my blog about what happened to let everybody know that they stole money from me. NO RESPONSE.

Ladies and gentleman, I am truly glad if you have received good service from this seller, but as for me, even though it was JUST $5, still, that's the point. Who the hell STEALS FIVE BUCKS?? Are you that greedy??

I recently bought Liz Lisa Lena lace up boots from her. I'm sure yall may know what those look like because they're rather popular from Liz Lisa; if not you can google up.

What happened was that they arrived 2 weeks late and the seller had the NERVE to send me a USED PERFUME in a BROKEN BOX as their "sorry for sending it late". I messaged the seller beforehand saying the package is late, but they told me they will send me a "free gift". So I thought oh ok they're being sweet, trying to catch up on sending out packages. I thought, maybe I shouldn't be mean to them. But once I opened up the package to see I got that used perfume, I was like what.the.hell.is.this.fucking.thing.

So far I've sent another email to this seller stating I am unsatisfied with my purchase as courtesy to not give out a negative review until I try to sort this out with them first. This seller usually takes one week or more to respond to your messages. If you're an ebay seller, you need to check your messages daily if you're going to be serious about selling--otherwise you shouldn't be a seller. There are customers waiting for their packages and again, sending a used perfume as a lame sorry just doesn't cut it--it's an insult!

I'll update yall with what their response is whenever they get back to me, which is hopefully SOON.

Also, although this is probably not the seller's fault, I just needed to make a note that the boots arrived unlaced and where there's a zipper to help your foot slip in, there was no slit to help my foot go in. I had to cut it open myself on the right shoe whereas the left shoe was properly done. The seller should be honest and say the manufacturer makes it come as unlaced because I thought they'd come laced like any other pair of shoes.

Now for the youtuber.

Yall know I only barely started up my youtube. I'm NOT here to make money. I'm NOT here to be the most popular youtuber ever. I'm freakin here to HELP PEOPLE. I dont' get jack shit out of running this blog and doing youtube. In fact it takes up a LOT of my time to do them and I do it genuinely.

Can you believe that? Competing against my really pathetic youtube channel? I JUST started. Come on give me a BREAK. Don't even visit that bitch's channel or videos. Don't subscribe. Don't do anything. That bitch thinks she's better than me because she has more views. Well so flipping what? 31 views means I helped 31 people and that means something to me.

I think starting youtube was a bad idea. I KNEW this would happen, but just not THIS early. I know haters will hate, and there will be bitches out there. Again, I just didn't think it'd be this SOON. I'll continue making videos but to be honest, like the quote says , if you can't handle the heat, don't be in the kitchen, or something of that sort. And really, maybe I'm not made out to handle that kind of thing no matter how small.

My mistake to respond at all in the first place--yes I realize that. Maybe I should just delete the entire quarrel on my youtube altogether and move on. I'm just appalled I got haters this early

She pretty much read my mind. I've been wanting to try wispy falsies lately because I dont' wear falsies at all, and was thinking of buying some to play with, but now I don't have to anymore. Luckily she put them in the package!

Adorable Xiao Long Bao keychain. This went straight to my keychain

Annabelle cosmetics! Exclusive to Canada, I was excited to get these to try them out. The liquid liner is pretty good! It's a dark grey, perfect if you want to do a day look that isnt heavy on the liner. AND I've been TOTALLY using the blush religiously whenever I put on makeup. It's an amazing pink. I love it!

This is another product I've been using religiously. Chapstick. YOU CANNOT HAVE TOO MUCH CHAPSTICK. ever. period. This is in my purse at ALL TIMES

I have yet to try out this mask but I'm excited to! I love whitening masks because I need to get rid of my acne scars!

Last but not least, an ADORABLE strawberry keychain that I have on my purse at ALL times. If yall watched my "What's In My Purse!" video, yall probably have seen this hanging on my Longchamp purse lol
